I come from the lovely 'Down Under' (Australia), but was raised in a Lebanese home in a big Lebanese family! I was a highly active child doing after school activities like gymnastics, little athletics, swimming, piano lessons etc. But what took most of my focus was dance. Growing up doing all genres in the dance industry, it taught me focus and discipline. Dance then lead me to study in classical singing, which helped me find my foundation for voice, then eventually graduated with my diploma. From studying in a performing arts school I found my passion for music altogether, and that's when the journey began! As soon as I graduated, I went off to my first contract in Singapore for Universal Studios performing in the 'Monster Rock Show'. Upon completion I set my sights high and jet setting all the way to the concrete jungle, New York City! Gaining my credentials and professional theater training at AMDA NYC, 'The American Musical and Dramatic Academy'. I then jumped back on another plane taking me across Europe sitting down on London's West End with the Classic Musical 'West Side Story'! Once that journey ended I changed direction and found my self on the west coast in the beautiful Sunny California playing the lead role of Jasmine in 'Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular' at Disney's California Adventure'. After a truly magical experience at Disney, I packed my bags and did a small road trip making my first stop in the fabulous Sin City known as Las Vegas, where I was in a Hit Broadway Musical and one of the best shows in town 'Rock of Ages the Musical'! Once my contract was up I made the bold decision to move back to the big apple and push to further my career and enhance my talent! I want to be in the city where musicals are created, and where I can be apart of the creative process! Since living in NYC, I have had the honor of being apart of multiple developments and creative processes including my debut on Broadway with Cirque Du Soleil's Paramour! Upon the closing of 'Paramour', I had the unexpected offer to join the Chicago company of HAMILTON. The contract allowed me to live and experience a completely different city and meet some amazing new people. But during this period of time a lot of personal life events occurred that respectively allowed me to take the time I needed in order to mentally and emotionally prepared to continue with my career. After a well needed break with family in Australia / Lebanon, I was offered a position with the original company Hamilton 'AND PEGGY TOUR'! When this opportunity came about, it definitely intrigued my interest as I would work for 3 weeks with Lin Manuel Miranda as 'Hamilton' in his home town in PUERTO RICO! I saw this as a once in a lifetime opportunity and now am finally settled in San Francisco where the tour will sit here for at least a year.
If you decide to stop by San Francisco, please stop by the show and show your support!
